Returns & Store Credit

We want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase qualifies for a return under our return policy, the item may be returned in exchange for Store Credit equal to the original purchase value.

Your Store Credit can be used on any product available on our website or in-store and has no minimum purchase requirement. For example, if you purchased an item worth 5000 BDT, you will receive 5000 BDT in Store Credit, which can be redeemed towards any future purchase.

Store Credit is issued after the returned item has been received and approved following our return inspection process.

Exchange Policy

We have a 7-10-day exchange policy, which means you have 7-10 days after receiving your item to request a exchange. Once your return request is approved, the entire process, including inspection and exchange processing, will be completed within 7-10 working days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
